1 Domain Terms

• 1.1 You agree to follow our domain transfer procedures when performing a domain name transfer, otherwise Dum & Co will not transfer your domain name.

1.2 Australian Domains

• 1.2.1 .au Domains are covered by this clause.
• 1.2.2 Anyone registering a domain through Dum & Co shall be bound by the Registrant Agreement and Registrant Warranty.

1.3 Other Domains

• 1.3.1 .com, .net, .info, .biz, .org, .mobi, .co.uk, .org.uk, and any other domain we offer are covered by this clause.
• 1.3.2 We are reseller of Melbourne IT. By registering domain names through Dum & Co you agree and are bound by the Melbourne IT Domain Terms agreements.
